Chiang Mai: 2-Day Jungle Trek with Elephant Farm & Raft Ride
1.Chiang Mai: 2-Day Jungle Trek with Elephant Farm & Raft Ride
Spend two active days outside Chiang Mai, walking from rice fields into bamboo forest, swimming at a jungle waterfall, and staying overnight in a Karen village. You will feed and bathe rescued elephants, raft for 40 minutes on the Mae Wang River, and travel in a group of up to 12 with English or Thai-speaking guides. Guides such as Witoon, Moon, Sammy, and Toon have led recent departures.

“This trip was so much fun, and our guide, Toon, was so lovely and friendly. The setting and the views were spectacular, especially waking up for the sunrise over the mountains. The elephant sanctuary was so cool as well, getting to feed them and wash them in the river. I would highly recommend this trip if you enjoy walking, stunning scenery, waterfalls, and want to experience seeing elephants up close in a setting where they are not mistreated for financial gain.”
