“I absolutely loved the Pulpit Rock guided hike! Teodor is a very Knowledgeable and Fun Guide who made this day trip extremely memorable for all of us! Even though the weather wasn’t at its sunniest best, Teodor made sure we discovered the joy of hiking by taking lesser known (and hence tourist free!) routes along the trail and engage in some fun berry hunting! Thankyou Teodor for giving us memories for a lifetime :) Absolutely Recommend this hike to all !”

Leave Stavanger at 7 a.m. for an 11-hour guided hike to Kjerag and the famous Kjeragbolten. Guides such as Teo, Sean, Kenth, and Helga are praised for patient pacing, safety help, and photos.

“this is a very challenging hike. You need to have experience with climbing, steep grades and rock faces. Especially in wet conditions as that is the weather most of the time. You need a moderate amount of physical conditioning to make this climb. I found this climb challenging as it was wet, rainy, windy and cold. We were not able you get a good view as it was also cloudy. But it was a good hike and we had a great guide named Toa. He was able to find us the easiest way up and down.”

“the scenery was BREATHTAKING. definitely worth your time. there is an option to be taken up in a buggy if you're not able to do the hike (not too strenuous, just a little steep at times). you will still have to walk the last 500m if you take the buggy. if you hike you will have wonderful views the whole time though”
